1. Permissible Return Period
You may request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. Please inform us of your intention to return by emailing narayanastroindia@gmail.com within this period. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to deny returns if products are damaged or conditions are unmet.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to intrinsic nature or personal customization, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods like magazines
Personalized jewelry and wearables
Gift cards and downloadable software
Personalized reports such as Kundali, Lal Kitab, Baby Name, Couple Matching, and related astrology reports
Orders placed with incorrect customer information

4. Return Procedure
Contact us before returning any item.

Customers bear shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, refund approval will be communicated by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to bank delays.
Refunds to accounts other than the original payment source are not possible.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of receipt.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping within India via DTDC, Blue Dart, Indian Postal Service for remote areas.
International shipping through FedEx, UPS, DHL with insurance (additional fees apply).
Delivery times: Metro cities 2-3 days, other Indian locations 3-7 days, international 30-40 days (estimates).
Customized items may require 4-5 days for dispatch.

8. International Orders & Customs
Shipping available to 150+ countries.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are customer’s responsibility.
Returns/refunds for refused or cancelled international shipments are subject to customs, duties, and fees borne by the customer.
Refunds after delivery issues processed in 40-45 days.
